How Solange De Buzan helped to reform the standards of the community that she led and how she was herself 'Reformed' by having thrust upon her the punishment merited by her own selfish presumptions. and the total abandonment of her senses.
The Road To Repentance is a new version of "La Voie Du Repentir" by Georges Pichard, a well known French artist. We call this a new version because we have taken the brilliant Black and White original artwork produced by Mr. Pichard; then we re-mastered and colorized each of the pages. Now some purists may object to the concept of colorization' but we think that Mr. Pichard would be proud of the final result. We have certainiy tried to remain faithful to his original concept.
The translation from the French also retains much of the stilted flavor of the original story set in revolutionary France. Many of the ideas explored in The Road to Repentance deal with problems confronting the modern day Catholic Church and which appear almost allegorical in this context.
