Giant 1-2 (2017-2018)English | CBZ | 2 Volumes | 80 MB
March 1932, New York. Dan Shackelton is an Irish migrant. Like many of his fellow countrymen, he has found work on the construction site of the Rockefeller Center in the hope of earning enough money to send back home to his family. He is replacing Ryan Murphy, who died as a result of an accident on site. One of the labourers working with Dan is a quiet, broad-shouldered man named Giant, and it's his job to inform the dead man's family of the sad news. But Giant decides not to say anything. Instead, he sends a substantial sum of money accompanied by an unsigned, typewritten letter. When he receives a response from Ryan's widow, Mary Ann, Giant decides to write to her again, tangling himself up in an ever greater web of lies. As their exchanges become a more regular occurrence, the enigmatic Giant starts to come out of shell. And then one day, Mary Ann shows up in New York with her two children, ready to join her husband.
