Greatest Hits is the first greatest hits album by Canadian country-pop singer Shania Twain, released on November 8, 2004 by Mercury Nashville. The album contains seventeen of Twain's hits, including all of her seven number one hits on the Hot Country Songs chart. Notably absent from the track list is Twain's self-titled debut album, in which no songs were included. Some songs are included in their pop versions such as "That Don't Impress Me Much" and "I'm Gonna Getcha Good!". "Ka-Ching!" was included in the European version of Greatest Hits as the song was a massive hit there.

Adored by the world’s greatest orchestras andconductors, Nicholas Angelich was the idealchamber music partner for countless artists. Butbeyond his unique career, he was outstanding for his quality of listening, his extreme attention toothers and his total benevolence. His passing leaves a huge void that his rich discography, his recorded concerts and his many interviews for various radio stations will help to fill. Mirare wanted to commemorate him by celebrating the 20th anniversary of this recording of Liszt’s Années de pèlerinage.

25th anniversary Deluxe Edition of Jewel’s second album, Spirit. The original 1998 release debuted at number 3 on the Billboard 200. “Hands” was named Music Week’s Single of the Week, who stated that it “is a delicious, softly-sung number, showcasing this talented Alaskan’s songwriting skills.”

Franz Liszt’s project of transcribing all of Beethoven’s symphonies took him 25 years to complete. His approach retains a deep fidelity to the original score with piano writing that is sumptuously rich and always perfectly suited to the instrument and its possibilities. A celebration of music as an independent and absolute language, Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony is considered the perfect utterance of his musical philosophy, while the Second Symphony looks to the future as it wrestles with the conventions of symphonic tradition. 40 years after their last album Secret was released in 1983, Classix Nouveaux are back with a brand new album entitled Battle Cry. Containing nine tracks including seven brand new compositions plus ‘Never Never Comes’ and ‘Interlude/Inside Outside’ which have been re-imagined for the 21st century. Featuring a very guitar-rock sound and also contains a couple of instrumentals which is something that the band used to do on their early albums.

Berlin Philharmonic trumpet player Andre Schoch will publish his first solo album with an ambitious repertoire with pieces from the baroque and early classical era by composers Michael Haydn, Johann Wilhelm Hertel, Johann Melchior Molter, Leopold Mozart and Georg Philipp Telemann. The new album was recorded with the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra. The album title "CORE" represents the innermost sensation, soul and heart of this special music which has been accompanying Andre Schoch for a long time. On the one hand the artist is concerned with the "core", the soul of the sound, which he wants to express on his instrument. On the other hand the works found on the album are precisely the central and "core pieces" of the 18th century repertoire.

After the departure of founder Daevid Allen the group Gong went through a rapid series of personnel changes with drummer/percussionist Pierre Moerlen becoming the de facto leader. The music evolved away from the psychedelic sound of the Allen-led era into jazz/rock fusion. By the time Expresso II (1978) was recorded Moerlen had assembled an almost entirely different group with a very different sound. With the completion of Gong's contract with Virgin Records the group name was changed to Pierre Moerlen's Gong to differentiate it from the other Gong offshoots and the original band.

Paul McCartney's fourth live album in four years (including Tripping the Live Fantastic: The Highlights) is full of Beatles classics and recent McCartney numbers, including a live version of "Biker Like an Icon"? Paul Is Live uses the exact same band and tone as Tripping the Live Fantastic.

On the Night is the second live album by the British rock band Dire Straits, released on 10 May 1993 by Vertigo Records internationally, and by Warner Bros. Records in the United States. The album features many of the band's later hits, including the singles "Walk of Life" and "Money for Nothing". On the Night was recorded in May 1992 at Les Arenes in Nîmes, France, and at Feijenoord Stadion in Rotterdam, The Netherlands—concerts that were part of the On Every Street Tour, which included 216 shows in Europe, North America, and Australia, and sold 7.1 million tickets.

Perhaps "The Last Gasp" would have been a more apt title here. Spooky Tooth appeared to be on its last legs, and being propped up by members of the Grease Band, this record should have been merely one of those contract fulfillments, but it isn't. It's a good, solid effort that includes a burning cover of the Beatles' "I Am the Walrus." Unfortunately, Spooky Tooth didn't stay together to reap the rewards of this new combination of musicians.

Too Old to Rock 'n' Roll: Too Young to Die! is the ninth studio album released by British band Jethro Tull, recorded in December 1975 and released in 1976. It is the first album to include bassist John Glascock who also contributes with backing vocals. Too Old to Rock 'n' Roll: Too Young to Die! is the last Jethro Tull concept album, which follows the story of Ray Lomas, an ageing rocker who found fame with the changes of musical trends. 2015 Box Set audio features the previously unreleased re-recorded version of the album for a UK TV special, 5 original LP tracks and a bonus out-take all mixed by the legendary Steven Wilson. Also included are flat transfers of the original album as well as a host of rare associated recordings including previously unreleased material.

This is the first of two Double Decca reissues containing Herbert Blomstedt’s justly praised second cycle of the complete Nielsen Symphonies. Disc one of this convenient gatefolding “twofer” contains Symphonies Nos. 1 and 2, while Symphony No. 3, the Maskarade Overture, and the highly infectious Alladin Suite (complete with optional wordless chorus) occupy the second disc. Blomstedt directs all three symphonies with just the sort of unfussy naturalness and rhythmic thrust that Nielsen’s music demands.
