New Zealand born saxophonist Hayden Chisholm is one of finest jazz musicians to have emerged in this country. A native of Taranaki, Hayden has lived in Germany since the early 1990s where he has established himself as an instrumentalist and composer at the forefront of jazz in Europe. Norman Meehan and Paul Dyne are no strangers to jazz lovers in New Zealand. Previous Rattle releases include UNWIND and SMALL HOLES IN THE SILENCE (both with Hayden), BUDDHIST RAIN, MAKING BABY FLOAT, and OUR OWN SWEET WAY (with Jonathan Crayford).
