In this beginners guide to chakra meditation you will embark on a transformative journey to balance and align your energy centers also known as chakras. Through guided meditations, breathwork and visualization techniques you will learn to cultivate physical  and emotional well being. Through this course you would not only be able to understand the importance of chakras but also understand the deeper role it plays in shaping your physical and emotional body. The human body has seven main chakra or energy centers. Each chakra governs a different area of your body and mind. The seven major chakras located throughout your body control different aspects of your life, including mind over matter (located at the top of your head), creativity generator (at your chest), spiritual guidance and connection between self and the cosmos (between your eyebrows).These seven chakras are also responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. When they are balanced, you feel healthy, happy and wholesome. The Chakra System is a complex network of energy centers throughout the body. One of the most effective way to balance the chakras of our body is through Meditation. Through the power of guided meditation let us take the first step toward a healthy Body and healthy Mind.
